Role Overview:


For one of our trusted clients, we are looking for an Accounting Trainee with Polish and English to join their Business Services Center.

This is a 6-month temporary opportunity designed for students who are eager to gain practical experience in Finance and Accounting within an international organization. The role offers both full-time and part-time options, allowing you to combine your studies with valuable professional development.


The successful candidate will support Accounts Receivable activities, assist with customer payment processing, and work closely with Finance teams to ensure the efficient execution of daily accounting operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute assigned accounting tasks accurately and within agreed deadlines;
  • Collaborate with team members and Finance stakeholders to support daily transaction processing activities;
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments;
  • Assist with investigating and resolving unapplied and misapplied payments;
  • Support the review and analysis of customer aging reports;
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in day-to-day operations;
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues where appropriate;


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and structured approach to work;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
