For a newly established Shared Service Center, we are looking for Accountants with SAP experience to join the Record-to-Report (R2R) department. In this role, you will play a key part in establishing a strong financial foundation for a transforming international organization.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in general accounting who are looking to develop their skills and grow within a dynamic, multinational Shared Service Center environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Post and review journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities within defined deadlines (SLAs).
• Prepare and post intercompany transactions (invoices, accruals, recharges) and resolve discrepancies.
• Execute bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash accounting.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, and local finance teams to resolve accounting matters.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and SOX requirements.
• Prepare reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for the closing process.
• Identify and drive process improvements across GL, cash, and intercompany activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as a Financial Accountant, GL Accountant, Intercompany Accountant, or similar role in an international environment.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS.
• Previous experience in transitioning accounting processes between countries, including knowledge transfer, will be considered a strong advantage.
• SAP experience (FI, CO, MM) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent reconciliation capabilities, and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English (B2- C1 written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving SSC environment.
